Quick help
How do I install Page Capture?
Install Page Capture from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons, then pin the extension icon in your browser toolbar. Open any web page, click the Page Capture icon, choose your options, and start the capture.
How do I capture an entire page?
Open the page you want to save, click the Page Capture icon, choose PNG or PDF, adjust the options if needed, then click Capture Full Page. The extension scrolls through the page and stitches the sections automatically.
Why is part of a page missing?
Some pages load content while you scroll. Increase the capture delay in the extension popup so images and other lazy-loaded elements have time to appear. If the page changes while capturing, try a slightly longer delay.
Can I save a PDF as one long page?
Yes. For PDF output, choose A4 or Letter for paginated documents, or One long page to keep the complete page flow on a single continuous PDF page.
What does the resolution setting do?
Resolution controls the size and sharpness of the exported PNG or PDF. Use 100% for maximum detail, or 75% / 50% when you want a smaller file.
Is my page data uploaded?
No. Page Capture is designed to work locally in your browser. Your page, captures, and activity are not uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
A page does not capture correctly. What should I try?
First reload the page and try again. Close cookie banners or floating elements if they interfere, increase the capture delay for lazy-loaded pages, and try a lower resolution if the page is very large. If the issue persists, contact us with the page type and a short description of what went wrong.
How do I report a problem?
Email us at hello@pagecapture.click. Please include your browser (Chrome, Edge, or Brave), what you were trying to capture, and the problem you observed. Do not send passwords, private documents, or other sensitive information.
